Intervention orders

Unfortunately, it’s not unusual for individuals (or businesses) to incur large numbers of fines, resulting in enforcement action through Fines Victoria. Sometimes, this can even occur without the person knowing.

In our system, there are many pathways to have those fines expunged, whether that’s because you were not the driver of a vehicle at the time, or whether it’s because of your particular circumstances.
